T-Shirt Order Form
We are accepting t-shirt pre-orders through February 9th. Each shirt will have a list of performers with the song(s) performed on the back and a fun, new design on the front. Shirts will be available in both youth and adult sizes. You may order shirts and reserve your size(s) using the form below. Students are not required to wear their shirts at the showcase, they are just a fun piece of memorabilia that helps us cover costs and keep our Cosmic Concerts free for performers and attendees. We will have a few extras at the concert for sale but size/quantity will be limited. Shirts are $30 each; shirts that are pre-ordered by February 9th will receive a $5 discount per shirt. If you elect to use stored payment method, your account will be charged on February 9th.
